About Prof. Dr. Marano Prof. Dr. Riccardo Marano is a Full Professor of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery “A. Gemelli”. He is a Medical Director with the managerial role of Head of the Simple Operating Unit (UOS) “Cardiovascular Diagnostics” within the Agostino Gemelli IRCCS University Hospital Foundation in Rome.

Clinical Expertise & What We Treat

Non-invasive cardiac diagnostics (CT and MRI).
Multidisciplinary care for Grown-Up Congenital Heart diseases (GUCH).
Sudden death prevention in athletes (via the "Benito Stirpe" Research Centre).
